WALTON CHASE REVIEW
Today, we will review Walton Chase, a broker that exists since 1986. They offer over 200 trading assets (Stocks, Indices, Crypto, Commodities, and Currencies) and give you the freedom to choose what you want to trade. Aside from a variety of assets, they offer different account types, to fit your trading preference.
At first glance, Walton Chase looks like an honest broker. But that is why we are writing this review, to make sure this is a legitimate broker.
If you are considering becoming their client, there are four different accounts and you can choose depending on your trading experience and preference. The first one on the offer is Silver Account and you need to deposit at least 250 EUR if you choose this one. What Walton Chase offers within this account are more than 200 trading assets, market reviews and leverage up to 1:100. As you can see, this account is perfect for beginners. But if you are open to more, there is the Gold Account.
The minimum deposit is 10,000 EUR and I have to say, the things you receive within this account are impressive. Besides the 200+ trading assets and market reviews, you will have Gold Spreads, leverage up to 1:200, bonus funds and special venture promotions, dedicated senior account manager, financial and risk management planning, monthly webinars and prioritised withdrawal process (Level 3).
Now, let’s see what offer clients get with the third Account Type, Platinum. All those things that you get in the Gold account stand for Platinum as well. But, as an addition, you will get Platinum Spreads, leverage up to 1:300, trading signals, weekly webinars, private analyst sessions, and prioritized withdrawal process level 2. The minimum deposit requirement is 50,000 EUR.
The last option is the VIP account. This is the one that has a variety of options and it is an invitation-only account. What they offer with this account is VIP Spreads, leverage up to 1:400, complete access to trade room analysis and webinars, access to lucrative VIP events and prioritised withdrawal process level 1.
I have to say honestly, I really like how this Walton Chase review is going for now. The first things we see are more than good and I hope they will continue to provide us with excellent offers. That said, let’s go straight to Trading Platform and see what they prepared.
This Walton Chase review wouldn’t be complete if we do not reflect on the Education Section since we are aware of the importance of good education. As we already mentioned, on the main menu you can find different necessary pages, and the Education Centre is one of them.
As a part of that page, we have different sections. Glossary, which has all of the most important terms and definitions about Forex trading. Assets Index, with information about all assets they have, FAQ that consists of important answers like how to open an account, how to manage trading platforms, how to contact the support, etc.
Lastly, there is the most attractive segment of the Education Centre – eBooks. Not only do they provide different educational material, but they do it for free. Yes, that’s correct. You do not have to be a registered user in order to enjoy the learning. They offer everything, from CFDs and Stocks to General Trading and Capital Management. The selection is excellent, and I have to give them extra points for that.
They managed to make a fast and responsive web design. It is optimised for both computers and mobile phones, so you will be able to trade no matter the device. In the main menu, there are different categories that are all equally important. We have a Trading Platform, Education Centre, Account Types and Contact Page. So, everything we need is in one place.
Walton Chase offers a web-trading platform and you don’t have to install any software or app. Once you become their client, the only thing you need is an Internet connection, that’s it. The design of the platform is excellent since you don’t have to be experienced in order to find what you need. On the left side, there is a menu with details like deposit, closed position, account settings, support, etc.
In the middle, you will find all tradable assets, so you can switch between Stocks, Indices, Crypto Pairs, Commodities, and Currencies. Once you click on the desired asset, on the right side you will see a chart with all information (leverage, trading hours, maximum trade size, Maintenance margin, etc.)
If you have any problem with navigation, they offer explanations in the Frequently Asked Questions. Once you go to that page, you will find answers to many possible questions.
I have to say, I am pleasantly surprised by the platform. Although they do not offer a downloadable version, this one is optimised so you can trade using the mobile phone. The design is excellent, made for both professionals and beginners so I can only give them pluses for that.
There are numerous ways to contact customer service. You can call them using one of their two lines (for Australia and the United Kingdom) and their working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 – 13:00 GMT.
You can send an email to their compliance or customer support, depending on the question you have, or you can fill in the online form. In that form, they listed four different departments, and you can choose the desired one: Customer Support, Trading Platform Assistance, General Feedback and Compliance.
The last method is to Live Chat. I tried out that option and received an instant answer. Their customer representative was nice and responsive, and it took them less than a minute to provide me with an answer to my question. That said, I had a really good experience.
You may deposit funds through the use of credit card payment, a bank transfer or a virtual currency transfer. It is a simple process and you need to be logged in on your account. Just go to the Deposit tab and choose the method and amount. Once you fill in all necessary details, you will have money on the account.
The withdrawal process lasts from seven to ten days. Usually, I would think this is too long, but in this case, there is a reasonable explanation for that. The first step of the withdrawal process is identity verification and that is the reason the process lasts longer. But the good thing about this identity verification is that it keeps your funds safe. It is a simple process and you have to send them specific documents for a review.
That’s why I don’t mind the prolonged withdrawal process because I like how they did everything to ensure my funds are safe.
When you decide to withdraw the funds, you can choose between three methods Credit/Debit Card, Bank Wire or Bitcoin Transfer but it has to be the same method you used for deposits. There is a minimum withdrawal amount, 100 USD/GBP/EUR for Credit/Debit Cards or Bank Wire and an equivalent of 250 USD for the Bitcoin method. With every withdrawal you make, there is a small fee of 1%.
I have to mention one other thing when it comes to withdrawals. The process itself depends on the account you choose (priority Level one for VIP, Level two for Platinum and Level three for Gold) and I am glad they pointed that out at the very beginning. It shows us that Walton Chase is indeed a legitimate and transparent broker.
